Memorial services for Frederick Roland Wuensche, 79, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, February 22, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. in the Trinity Lutheran Church in Livingston, Texas with Pastor James Mayland officiating. Interment will be follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Magnolia Hill Cemetery in Segno, Texas. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the service begins at the church.
Mr. Wuensche was born October 12, 1940 in Bishop, Texas to parents, RH Wuensche Sr. and Margaret Elizabeth (Nordmeyer) Wuensche, and passed away February 13, 2020 in Kingwood, Texas following a brief illness. He is preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Judy Cain Wuensche. During his life, Fred attended Texas A&I in Kingsville, Texas and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. He was a dedicated member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Livingston and donated much of his personal time to the Lions Club of Texas holding various offices including District Governor, Chairman and President of the Lions Club Eye Bank Charity. When not donating his time, he enjoyed golfing and restoring vintage radios.
He is survived by his daughters, Trina Perkins and husband, Andrew of Pullman, Washington, Tessa Dent and husband, Reggie of Houston, Texas; grandchildren, Ripley Perkins, Dr. Jamie King South, and William Andy King; great-grandchildren, Edie South, Libby South, Blaire South, and Westin Riley King; and sister, Judi Schroeder of San Antonio, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends from the Trinity Lutheran Church and the area Lions Club.
